Pokémon - Dance Mix è la canzone utilizzata come sottofondo nei trailer dei primi tre film Pokémon e nel menù del primo film. È stata anche utilizzata come BGM nel doppiaggio occidentale degli episodi Lezioni di ballo e Ciak, si gira!, oltre che in un trailer giapponese per Destiny Deoxys - Fratello dallo spazio. È cantata da Vicki Sue Robinson.

Negli USA è disponibile nella compilation Pokémon 2.B.A. Master. Una versione strumentale compare in Pokémon Puzzle League come tema di Lorelei. Un montaggio alternativo è stato invece utilizzato nella VHS A Sneak Peek at Pokémon.

In Italia questa canzone è stata compresa nella compilation Pokémon in una versione remixata nota come Pokémon Dance Remix, mentre quattro ulteriori remix sono stati inclusi nel singolo Pokédance Italian Remix.
