Alcuni Pokémon come Bulbasaur, Pikachu e Totodile hanno [[mosse Uovo]] all'inizio del gioco, mentre altri come Squirtle e Fennekin non ne hanno nessuna.

*[[Buizel]] è specializzato nelle ricerche sottomarine. Non si fa problemi a proteggere il giocatore e la compagna.
*[[Archen]] è specializzato nelle ricerche aeree, pur non sapendo effettivamente volare.

*I [[Beheeyem]] sono tre personaggi che attaccheranno il giocatore all'inizio del gioco. Sono controllati dalla Materia Oscura.
