They are attacked by many Pokémon on the way, such as [[Sunkern]], [[Wurmple]], and [[Rattata]] but Ginji burns them to a crisp. They find the Pokémon that was crying for help, which is a {{mdc|Caterpie|1}} trapped on top of a tall rock.
As they went to get Caterpie, a shot of silk hits Ginji. As Ginji untangles himself from the silk, Mudkip attacks with [[Water Gun]] against the [[Ariados]] that shot Ginji with its silk. Then Ginji attacks Ariados with [[Flamethrower]] and [[Fainting|knocks it out]]. As they return Caterpie out of the fissure, Mudkip asks if they can make a rescue team and Ginji says he will think about it.-->
