Questo Victreebel ha un'affinità verso James che esprime continuamente cercando di mangiarselo quando esce dalla sua [[Poké Ball]]. In alcune occasioni prova a mordere anche {{MTR}}, [[Jessie]] ed anche l'[[Arbok di Jessie]], probabilmente perché prova affetto anche verso di loro. Questo rappresenta {{cat|Gag ripetute nell'anime|le gag ricorrenti}} dei Pokémon di James che lo attaccano ogni volta che vengono chiamati in campo.
