Il quartier generale delle sette Isole del Pompelmo. Qui troviamo una mappa elettronica delle sette isole e, quando un pompelmo viene rubato, l'isola corrispondente comincia a lampeggiare e a suonare. Qui è dove {{an|Ruby}} controlla la zona delle isole dagli assalti dei bracconieri che cercano di rubare i frutti. Al di fuori l'edificio sembra un magazzino. E' anche un posto dove vengono immagazzinati i pompelmi. L'edificio è situato sull'Isola del Pompelmo numero 3. Ash ed i suoi amici hanno costruito qui un palco per {{an|Jigglypuff}}.

It is where {{oi|Ruby}} watches the Grapefruit islands for poachers stealing her Grapefruit. Outside, the building looks like a warehouse. It is also a place where Grapefruit can be stored.
