Il danno inflitto da Legatutto si applica al Pokémon nemico alla fine di ogni turno. Mentre il nemico è stritolato da Legatutto, questo non può essere richiamato. Tuttavia se l'avversario usa la mossa {{m|Rapigiro}}, questo sarà in grado di liberarsi dalla morsa.
===Terza generazione===
Se il Pokémon intrappolato da Legatutto da un [[Pokémon selvatico]] possiede l'abilità {{a|Fugafacile}} o lo strumento [[Palla Fumo]], può comunque fuggire; non può comunque essere sostituito da un altro Pokémon.
===Quarta generazione===
Oltre alle modifiche introdotte nella secondanelle generazione precedenti, se il Pokémon che esegue Legatutto è in possesso di [[Presartigli]], la durata della mossa sarà sempre di 5 turni.
===Quinta generazione===
La precisione di Legatutto è [[Elenco delle mosse modificate#Dalla quarta generazione alla quinta generazione|aumentata]] finodal 75% all'85%. I suoi effetti possono durare quattro o cinque turni. Se l'utilizzatore possiede [[Legafascia]], il danno inflitto al termine dei turni salirà da 1/16 dei PS massimi a 1/8 dei PS massimi del bersaglio.
===SestaDalla sesta generazione===
Il danno ricevuto a fine turno da Legatutto è aumentato da 1/16 a 1/8 dei PS massimi del bersaglio. Se il Pokemon è in possesso di [[Legafascia]] il danno ricevuto a fine turno diventa 1/6 dei PS massimi del bersaglio.
==Mossa Z==
Può essere usata come [[Mossa Z]] di tipo [[normale]] ovvero Carica Travolgente da un qualsiasi [[Pokémon]] che tiene un [[Cristallo Z]] e se il suo [[Allenatore]] tiene un [[Cerchio Z]] con potenza 100 e come mossa fisica.
