La città di '''Sestisola''', è la sesta tra quelle del [[Settipelago]] che il giocatore può visitare in {{gioco|Rosso Fuoco e Verde Foglia}}.
È una piccola città, molto simile a quella di [[Quintisola (città)|Quintisola]], localizzata su un'isola molto grande. Questa è l'unica città nella storia dei giochi Pokémon a non avere nessun contatto con percorsi, annessi ad essa. Questa è circondata esclusivamente dal mare, ovvero dalla [[Via Marina]].
Similar to Five Island, and its counterpart, [[Seven Island (town)|Seven Island]], not much emphasis is put on the area within the town itself, instead the vast area near the island is the target of a Trainer's true calling. This includes [[Ruin Valley]], the [[Dotted Hole]] at the center of which holds the Sapphire deep below it.
