Quando Clefairy lotta contro Mewtwo, lo scaraventa su uno dei due macchinari di scambio di DNA, prima di posizionarsi nell'altro dicendo a Bill di trasferire a Mewtwo il suo DNA; Bill attiva il macchinario ma non riesce nell'intento in quanto non è alimentato. Il {{OBP|Pikachu di Red|Pocket Monsters}} usa allora la sua elettricità per caricarlo e il DNA di Clefairy finisce nei Pokémon di Giovanni.

Bill compare per la terza volta in ''[[PM088|Find the Legendary Pokémon!!]]'', dove il suo aspetto è più simile a quello dei giochi.
