Per poter giocare un Pokémon Ricreato, il giocatore deve prima giocare la rispettiva [[Glossario (GCC)#Carta Fossile|Carta Fossile]] (una {{GCC|carta rllenatoreAllenatore}}), quindi cercare tra le ultime sette carte del [[mazzo]] il Pokémon corrispondente e, se lo trova, posizionarlo in Panchina. Questo tipo di carte rllenatoreAllenatore sono state reintrodotte con l'attuale meccanica nell'espansione {{TCG|Vittorie Regali}}.
