La porzione di terra a ssud è leggermente più piccola di quella a nord. In questo luogo è possibile trovare un allenatore sulla tomba del suo adorato [[Onix]], (soprannominato Tectonix). Sul posto è possibile notare una grande colonna di pietre, dalla quale il nome prende il nome. Se il giocatore interagisce con la colonna e vi deposita una {{DL|Bevande|Limonata}}, bevanda preferita da Tctonix, questo verrà ricompensato, come premio di ringraziamento dall'allenatore del Pokémon defunto con l'{{MT|42|Facciata}}.
The south portion of Memorial Pillar is smaller than the northern segment. It serves as a grave site to an {{p|Onix}} (nicknamed Tectonix) that was loved immensely by its trainer. The actual memorial is a large tower-like pillar shaped like an Onix tail made from rock which was how the area got its name. If a player puts a {{DL|Drink|Lemonade}} (by interacting with the pillar), Tectonix's favorite drink, on its grave, the mourning trainer will give the player {{TM|42|Facade}} as a thank-you.
 
Il giocatore potrà continuare a dirigersi verso sud, ma potrà raggiungere solo una piccola spiaggia ed un breve tratto di mare delimitato da scogli, in quanto si tratta di un tratto di percorso a fondo cieco. Per continuare l'avventura, il giocatore dovrà tornare sui propri passi e fare ritorno al [[Prato Quintisola]].
The player must start on the sandy beach shore and make their way up the hilly path to the top where the great memorial is located. The player can also make their way down another hilly path on the left to a small beach and a small area of water to surf. This is only a one way path, that has a dead end. The player must retrace their steps to get back to where they began, at [[Five Isle Meadow]].
