[[Gardevoir]] compare per la prima volta nei sogni del giocatore, dandogli informazioni. Avanzando nella storia si scopre che Gardevoir ha protetto il suo allenatore dalla [[leggenda di Ninetales|maledizione di Ninetales]], e ciò ha sigillato il suo corpo in fondo alla [[Grotta Tenebrosa]], rendendogli possibile mostrarsi solo come spirito. ==Jumpluff==

Qui si scopra che Shifrty aveva liberato l'altro Jumpluff, ma era poi stato catturato da [[#Zapdos|Zapdos]].
