In Japan, this card was released as a promotional card. It was available as part of the {{wp|Toys "R" Us}} Pokémon DE Bingo Campaign, in which customers at participating stores could obtain bingo cards from the Toys "R" Us 'Big Toy Book'. Each bingo card featured a 3×5 grid with various categories of Pokémon merchandise in each of the squares. Purchasing an item on the card would earn a stamp for that square.
