Le regioni nei giochi spin-off differiscono enormemente dalle regioni della serie principale. Le regioni come [[Fiore]], [[Almia]] e [[Oblivia]] sono molto più piccole ad hanno differenti culture. Loro preferiscono i Pokémon come animali domestici invece che come strumenti di lotta. Gli [[Allenatore|Allenatori Pokémon]] non sono presenti nelle regioni.
