Il {{TRT}} ha rubato tutti i Pokémon di {{Ash}}, {{an|Misty}}, e {{an|Brock}} tranne {{AP|Pikachu}} e {{TP|Misty|Togepi}}. Il giocatore dovrà completare una serie di mini giochi, molti basati sulla matematica, per recuparare i Pokémon. Nel gioco vi sono i doppiatori originali dell'anime ed una versione strumentale della canzone [[Aim to Be a Pokémon Master]].
