This template anchors a section link to a specific part of a page.
 
For example, because the anchor template is used on the [[type-enhancing item]] page, linking to [[Type-enhancing item#NeverMeltIce]] results in the item itself being linked to, rather than the top of the page. Note that since the [[NeverMeltIce]] redirect redirects to that anchor, linking to it does the same.
