Celio gestisce il [[Centro Pokémon Telematico]] a [[Primisola]] in {{gioco|RossoFuoco e VerdeFoglia}}. Ha bisogno del giocatore per completare la macchina Pokémon Network. Questa macchina è capace di trasferire i Pokémon tra [[Kanto]] e [[Hoenn]].
